Can I get a refund after 7 days?

Refunds after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Digital Guru, but are generally not available. We encourage you to thoroughly explore and test all features within the first 7 days.

Do I need to provide a reason for the refund?

No. Within the first 7 days, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for new accounts. However, constructive feedback helps us improve our service and is always appreciated.

Can I get a refund on renewal or upgrade charges?

No. Renewals and plan upgrades are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. The 7-day refund policy applies exclusively to your initial first-time purchase. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription from your dashboard before the renewal date.

I'm a returning user. Can I get a refund?

No. If you previously had a paid account (even if you cancelled and are signing up again), you are not considered a first-time user and the 7-day refund policy does not apply.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed through Stripe and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

What happens to my data after a refund?
