How do I get started?

Choose a plan that fits your needs (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise), complete the secure payment via Stripe, create your account with a unique company username (used as your branded email identity), and you're ready to start creating invoices and estimates immediately. The entire signup process takes just a few minutes.

What billing options are available?

We offer three billing options: Monthly (pay as you go), Yearly (discounted annual rate), and Lifetime (one-time payment for permanent access). You can choose the option that best suits your budget during signup or switch later from your dashboard.

Can I try the platform before purchasing?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan anytime directly from the Subscription tab in your dashboard. Payment is processed instantly through Stripe and the new features become available immediately. You can also renew your plan early; if you renew before expiry, your new period gets added to your current expiry date. To downgrade, create a support ticket from your dashboard or email support@digitalguru.dev.

How are payments processed?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment platform trusted by millions of businesses. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. You can pay using any major credit or debit card.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window for eligible first-time purchases. Renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases are not eligible. View full Refund Policy

Is my data secure?

What does the Lifetime plan include?

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you permanent access to all features of your chosen tier (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise) with no recurring charges. It includes all the same features as Monthly and Yearly plans, but you only pay once.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, enter your registered email address, and you'll receive a secure password reset link via email. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

What is a company username?

During signup, you choose a unique company username that becomes your branded email identity. Your invoices and estimates will be sent from [username]@invoices.delivery. Choose carefully because your username cannot be changed after registration.

How do I get support?

Once logged in, navigate to the Support section in your dashboard and create a support ticket. You can also email support@digitalguru.dev directly. Our team responds within 48 working hours. Demo users cannot create support tickets.
